Question regarding Empire Insurance
Since I am going to a center of excellence, I do not pay a co pay. However, with my insurance (Empire Gov't Plan) I keep getting an ENZO blood bill for every time I have blood taken!!! Granted, it's a small price to pay in the large scheme of things, but I feel like they keep coming and coming. Does anyone else receive these bills? Just want to make sure they're legit and I'm not getting #&$&% by my insurance company.

Re: Question regarding Empire Insurance
I would get the enzo bills. Fill out the insurance info. on the back and mail it back to them. You will eventually get another bill for a co-pay amount ($18).

I agree. I get Enzo bills, too, but just for my copay of $18.

Re: Question regarding Empire Insurance
I get tons of $18 bills from Enzo and I have the Empire plan. They do add up but you can deduct these as medical expenses on your next year taxes.
