Question regarding the sample formula's you get in the mail..
Do you think it is ok to use them all up? I have 4 different kinds, would it screw up DD stomach using each before buying the one I am used to.
Thanks mommas!

I wouldn't do it. I would stick to whatever formula she is used to.

I used the ones that were our brand, and gave away the others to people who used those formulas.

i used all of them. i started with the similac regular and soy and she was always gassy. i tried the enfamil, same thing. I eventually went to good start and that was the one she was the best with.

Re: Question regarding the sample formula's you get in the mail..
Bad mommy here Ive used Enfamil, Similac and Goodstart for all 3 boys, and theyve never had any problems.
Of course I didnt switch them weekly or monthly, but over the course of a year, I switched off if I happened to have a bunch of cans of another one.
My pediatrician was totally fine with it and so were the boys. and so was my wallet
Im a firm believer in trying what works for you.

Re: Question regarding the sample formula's you get in the mail..
I use similiac but had a bunch of the Emfimil powder cans, that are the same size as the small ones they sell in the store. So, I just peel off the "not for resale" stickers and take them back. I've had luck at Target exchanging them for similiac! Its like $30 worth of free forumla. Oh and my tactic is I blame it on DH..."My husband bought the wrong kind...he got confused...this is what we used to use for our son when he was born. I just need to exhange it. " Works like a charm!

Ive done this too MANY MANY TIMEs. I know by law they CANT take back formula, but there I guess some rules can be bent a little for mommies hey the cans are sealed, whats the big deal.
