Questions about boiling marinade
Tonight I am making hoison marinated pork chops. I am going to grill them. Can I take the marinade from the zip lock bag, boil it and then use it as a dipping sauce? Is that safe?

I know that I have read that you can't do this with chicken, maybe pork is different.
