Questions about Corey Beach
My family and I used to go out there every summer, but we haven't in about 11 years...so my memory of the beach is a bit shoddy.
We are heading out there again soon, and one of my family members is starting radiation...so she can't be in the direct sunlight all day. I remember that there used to be a sort of big gazebo thing right at the entrance at the beach....it was wooden, covered, and had some benches and/or chairs. Is this still there? Are there any other shady areas at this beach?
Also...are there any limits to who can go there? Do we need to be a resident of a certain town? Anddd...one more...Nick & Flo's is still there right? But it's just Flo's now?

Re: Questions about Corey Beach
I haven't been there in about 2 years BUT.. there are gazebos.. they pack out pretty quickly.
You can go but as PP mentioned you will pay more without a resident card.
Flo's is still there and still serving ridiculously unhealthy fried deliciousness. They are only open (I think) until Labor Day weekend .. maybe a little beyond.

The past few years they've been open later and later into fall. They also have a brand new Flo's food truck that's been cruising around town too!!

Re: Questions about Corey Beach
Gazebos are still there. If you get there early enough (usually before 10am) you can park on the street for free.
