Questions about feeding solids
I'm a little confused about next steps with introducing solids and was hoping for some advice. I waited until 6 months to start solids. Well, I started rice cereal about 2 weeks before DD turned 6 months.
I've introduced pretty much all the basics, and I'm not sure what happens next. Do I still need to wait 2-3 days in between introducing new types of food? My mother says no, because the basics include pretty much all allergy "groups", which is why you start with those. (Exception I think is berries, which I've heard to wait until they are about 1, anyway.)
When do I introduce yogurt? meats? Cheese? Puffs or other table food? My next well visit is at 9 months. Am I supposed to wait until then?
Also, I feed her solids twice per day now. I was planning on increasing it to 3 times per day at 7 months (in 1 week.) Does that sound right?

Re: Questions about feeding solids
I'm embarrassed to say this, but I can't remember many of the particulars of this (DD is 20 months old), but here is a great website that may help...
