Questions about Fortunoff returns/exchange
I received a coffee pot at my shower that is supposedly from Fortunoff. It is the wrong MODEL of the coffee pot we registered for. We wanted the thermal grind and brew and they got us the glass one. They do not have the receipts since they thought it was the one on our registry. Do you think they will exchange it for the right one (Fortunoff carries both models) without the receipts?

Is there a FORTUNOFF sticker/sku on the coffee pot? It should be no problem if you explain to them the situation. Good luck!

If it was truely purchased at Fortunoff's you will be able to return/exchange it. Their computer system can tell you if it was bought there. It can't hurt to go there and try. They can be a pain about returns sometimes. Otherwise I would try BB&B, they take anything back!
