Questions about Health Insurance
What is the difference between an EPO anda PPO? Which is better?
My DH's company has 14 different plans with GHI that don't give clear explainations and when I call GHI for help, they aren't very good at explaining.
If there are any insurance gurus out there, please please FM me or post here!

from our plan the epo is cheaper but you must stay within the plans doctors

PPO allows you to go out of network mostly without referral. I prefer the PPO over an EPO most of the time.

PPO is better.
You can go to your own drs and submit and get some reimbursement.
EPO I believe you have to go the particpating drs only.
I always take the PPO.
