Questions before going to sign contract

DH and I are going to our attny's office to review and sign the contract! Is there anything I should be asking? Making sure of, etc..

Your attny should go over the entire contract with you and point things out they believe should be removed/changed for your benefit.

Also, if there was anything you found out during the house inspection/engineer inspection that you want the owner to fix/repair/replace/treat before you take ownership, this is the time to tell your lawyer.
