questions re: Pre Natal Vitamins
Can anyone recommend their over the counter prenatal vitamin? Can i just continue to take my one a day Complete Womens Formula Viactive vitamin? i am so used to taking this vitamin I'm afraid of switching and having the prenatal make me nauseous. Is there anything else i should be taking over the next couple of months before i start TTC?

I take stuart prenatal. They don't get me queazy as long as I take them with a little food.

Our these pills huge? i picked up a brand from wallgreens that are caplets. Just not sure if it has enough. Says take 2 for pregnant and 1 for adult women. IM not pregnant yet but they are so much easier to get down.

Yeah they are kinda big but I find them fine to get down. Twice I had a little trouble and it made me feel a little gross. But otherwise they are okay.

If you are looking for a great OTC prenatal vitamin, I highly recommend this one:
Before I got a prescription from my doctor, I took these. I have a bad stomach and these did not bother me at all!!

I take target brand. They have not bothered me at all.
