Question..WARNING...TMI
So after weeks of being constipated VERY bad and taking colace twice a day I have had explosive(sorry ) diarreha....is this normal or should I be worried?

totally normal - colace and i do not get along well either 
i would try and drink a lot of fruit juice next time instead of the colace. the only time i took it was when i had gone 6 days without going #2.

Definitely normal. You could also try prunes or dried fruit for a more natural laxative.
