Quick check question..
Quick question..
I am sending a 20 dollar check each for my 2 nephews and my niece for christmas. They are 17 and 15. Should I write the check out to cash or their individual names? TIA

I'd write it to their names - if it's to cash - anyone can cash them if they got lost in the mail!

I don't feel secure sending out checks made out to cash through the mail. If it ends up in the wrong hands, anyone could cash it. I would do their own names.

Write it to [child's name] OR [mother's name].
 Mom can cash it against her acct and give the kiddies cash.
