Quick Chicken Cutlet recipe
I am having a party tomorrow and I am making chicken cutlet parm. I wanted to know if I can bread them today and then fry them up tomorrow. Just wondering if they will get soggy or not.

Re: Quick Chicken Cutlet recipe
IMO, most things turn out better when they're prepared fresh.
if you were marinating the cutlets, I would say sure, start it today. not sure about breading and partially cooking them though

Re: Quick Chicken Cutlet recipe
honestly, breading doesn't take that long. I would either do it all today or tomorrow.

Bread and bake them in the oven...much healthier than frying and still so yummy.

I agree. You can even "sauce" and "cheese" them tonight. And then re heat tomorrow to melt the cheese

thats what i do for DH when i know he'll be home at night if i'm working. he loves it cause he just pops it in the oven and then claims that HE cooked dinner!

Well let's see...if I were a chicken cutlet, I'd say you could pop me in the oven & I'd be delish....
