QUICK HELP TO THOSE WHO MADE NIGELLA LAWSON'S COCA COLA HAM BEFORE (I AM MAKING IT NOW AND HAVE AN IMMEDIATE QUESTION ABOUT DOUBLING THE SIZE OF THE HAM)

Hi,

My ham is 81/4 lbs. Yes of course I know I have to cook it double time but what about the ingredients? Do I need two 2 Liter bottles of COKE then? I certainly hope not because the largest pan I have is a deep corning ware and I can barely get ONE 2 Liter Bottle of soda in there without it leaking out.

Do I need to double that or do you think one bottle is still enough for a ham twice the size the recipe calls for? Also, what about the glaze? I assume I should most definitely doble that part, right? Also, what is ENGLISH MUSTARD POWDER? I tried two supermarkets! Is is just GROUND MUSTARD, and if not..will this work because that's what I bought!

IMO you need enough coca cola to almost cover the ham. English Mustard Powder is probably the same as what you got.
