quick help...slow roasting boneless pork ribs in the oven
I have some boneless pork ribs sitting in a yummy bbq sauce I picked up on our trip down south...my question is
i'd like to slow roasted them to get them super soft...so what temp should I cook them at and for how long?
please don't suggest a slow cooking apparatus of any kind. I don't use them....I don't even have one in my apt.

I would do 250 for 3 hours , then IF you have a BBQ, throw them on the grill for the last 5-10 minutes to crisp the outside (or you can turn on the broiler). yummy tender goodness.
