Quick JCP question - they're not answering...
I ordered something and had it shipped to store. When I go to pick it up do I need to bring anything? The order from on-line? My credit card and ID?

I recently ordered something and had it sent to smith haven.. They said to go to the home store, catalog dept. I sent my DH (it was a big item) with just my order confirmation & my credit card that I had paid with & he did not have a problem.

Credit card. Oh and I had shipped to store as well. I went to the mall, they sent me down the rd to the jcp homestore.

I had them shipped to Sunrise Mall in Massapequa - they do have a catalogue dept so I know to go there.
