Quick pic from apple picking this weekend..
Let's just say that it would be an understatement to describe our apple picking adventure as a drama-rific day... let's just say it ended with DH's grandmother being admitted to the hospital! 
But here is one of my favorite pictures from the day... I like to try and remember the good times!

We actually went up to West Chester because that's where DH family always goes. Let's just say next year we are staying in Jersey! 
Long story short, we went with MIL, Oma (DH grandmother) and DH aunt. Anytime you get these 3 ladies together there is nothing but drama. They argue and bicker about everything.
After we were done for the day and went our separate ways, apparently Oma went to get out of the aunt's car and she fell, hitting her head on the ground. Ended up taking an ambulance ride to the hospital, getting stitches, badly bruised head and hip, had a bleed in her brain that they are monitoring. Thank GOD she is going to be OK. But we do question the story about how it happened. It's a little murky. Whew... all for a day of apple picking!

Uh, yeah... next year it will be Jersey for sure!
And Oma has been taken out of the ICU and put in a regular room, so things are looking good!
