Quick question
For those of you who have a belly button ring, at what point did you have to take it out during your pregnancy if you did? I think that mine is starting to pull a little....

My GF had one and was told by her dr. to take it out one they found out she was pregnant. I would take it out now if it's pulling.

I took mine out at 9 weeks. As you can see from my belly pics (in album) I was showing pretty early.
I know someone that left it in their entire pregnancy and I can't even describe how disgusting it got. Her skin split and now there is a big flap of wrinkly skin hanging over her belly button. So I didn't want to take ANY chances!

I still have mine in...I am 34 wks...I feel no need to take it out unless it was hurting me...I dont even notice it...my belly button was really tiny before (she didnt know if should could peirce it) so its not anywhere near close to popping yet so I guess it just all depends on how comfortable you are!

I don't have one but some online research indicates a piece of fishing line through the hole will keep it open.
