quick question
sorry i was going to post of food and recipe but figured i get more responses here...im making chicken tonight i took it out hours ago and its still frozen solid...i dont feel like going to the store to get fresh chicken can i put it in the microwave to defrost?? I need it in about an hour

try soaking it in warm water...sometimes the microwave will cook it if you put it on defrost.

YEp thats what i do, I put it in a sealed baggie and fiil up a dish wiht really warm water and let it sit in there for a bit.
