Quick question for any moms still up...
Marron is almost 7 months old, and she usually eats her dinner around 7pm and then has a bottle around 7:30-8pm then goes to bed around 8:30pm.
Well, this weekend I had relatives here and she got all off schedule. So. tonight, she had a bottle at 4:30 but then seemed hungry around 6pm so I gave her 1/2 a jar of bananas. She was due for her "dinner" and last bottle around 7:30-8:00 as usual but she was so fussy around 7pm that I laid her in her crib. Well, she has been sleeping ever since!
My question is -- should I wake her to give her a bottle, or just leave her sleeping and hope that she sleeps through the night? What do you think the chances are that she will wake up at 2am, starving?!?
Any advice is appreciated.

leave her, if she is hungry she'll wake up, otherwise, she'll have a nice hearty breakfast in the morning

Re: Quick question for any moms still up...
LET HER SLEEP. at 7 months she is totally capable of sleeping through the night. Despite missing a meal or being off schedule, the extra stimulation is enough to exhaust them.
Today DD napped for 1/2 hr in the am and went down 1 1/2 hrs later for a 2 hr nap. She woke at 2:30 pm, at lunch and we did our thing for the day and went to bed her normal between 7-7:30pm.
It might take a few days for her to get back on track, but she'll be fine.

Thanks so much for the quick replies ladies. I'll let her stay asleep, and I guess I'll have an early night myself!

Same here - I would leave her. I would be surprised if she woke up for it.

Let her sleep. My DH "forgot" to give DD her bottle one night when I wasn't home, and I was so happy she slept through the night.

Re: Quick question for any moms still up...
Oh boy, you basically just described my current situation. Ava WAS going to bed between 7:30-8:00, lately, she's passed out for the night at 6pm! She has been drinking maybe three ounces of her last bottle then completely conking out, only to wake screaming at 2-3am. So, this evening, she passed out at 6:10 after her three ounces. She never got her cereal for the second time today because she fell asleep so early, so I mixed up six ounces of formula with a couple of tbsps. of cereal in them and went in at 8 and fed her in her sleep. Again, she only took three ounces, but at least that rounds her out at 6 for the night, plus some cereal. Wish us luck!
