quick question.....is there any reason I can't
layer wax paper between semi warm fried and breaded chicken cutlets so I can put them in the fridge?

the chicken may heat up the paper which could cause condensation and therefore sticking, but should be ok. foil might be a better option since it doesnt break down as easily as the paper.
