Quick tipping question
We are having a new boiler installed right now. There are 3 guys here. Do I tip them? If so, how much?

We just had our oil tanks replaced, I didn't tip the guys, but I did give them lunch and bake cookies. Same thing for the roofers, I didn't think they expect a tip.
