quite excited...I lost
3% of my body fat in 2 1/2 weeks!!!!!!!
I have been working out like nuts and doing weight watchers!
I need to still lose the weight but I am happy with the body fat
I had recently went tot the doc and my cholesterol was sk high  so hopefully the reduction in body fat will help lower it....Plus I stop eating so much beef (I LOVE BEEF!)
