Quote of the week
I usually do my quote of the week on the WW thread. But I really love this one and figured we could ALL benefit from it.

If I'm annoying with the quotes, just tell me But I can honestly say that I spend a bit of time searching for the right one that matches where I am at in my thoughts and sometimes even repeat it to myself throughout the week. So, if you are working out real hard or trying to overcome an obsticle, say this to yourself and it may help you through.

I've read that one before and I love it!
I am going to get one of those inspirational quote calendars.
You know what would be great? If WeightWatchers had a 365 day calendar. Some days give recipes, some days give inspirational quotes, some days give words of encouragement from other members, etc.
