Been MIA because I was away on vacation. 
C21 and other discount places like TJ Maxx/Marshalls carry the VB styles, but many times they're irregulars (If you find them, check the inside pocket to see if it was stamped. That usually indicates whether the jeans are damaged or irregular.)
Victoria no longer has a contract with R&R, hence they no longer manufacture the "Crowns" style. There aren't many retailers that still have Crowns in stock.
ASOS.com has some, but they're located in the UK.
Crowns are collectibles for a lot of R&R fans, so they got snatched up pretty fast. You can find them on Ebay, but there is an insane amount of fakes on there. 
VB has since gone out on her own designing/manufacturing premium denim. If you're interested, her new line is called "Denim by Victoria Beckham" aka dVb. You can see some jeans at ElectricLadyLand.com
