Thank you for posting this. My ds was one of the children that the sides broke lose on and he fell thank god he didn't get hurt. When I called them they assured me that I must have bought one which was "defected" obviously more than was defected. I called about 5 months ago. They sent me a new one at the time but I was always worried so we stop using it.
Anyhow I just followed the directions thanks to the poster and they will send me a prepaid label. After they recieve it they will send a check out.
