Anyone been there or live there? My friend got a job down there teaching and starts in August. We are heading down there next month to check out apartments for her and her DH and learn the area (and so I can show my DH and convince him to move there too).
I have 3 questions:
1. Where is the best place to stay for the weekend?
2. Where is the best nightlife so we can have lots of fun?
3. What are the best apartment complexes for us to check out?

My cousin lives there. He is moving back He is a gay man who lives with his boyfriend and thats why i think he doesnt like it! its different then NY. But when I talk to him ill ask.
