Ramon Castro underwent surgery today to repair a torn medial meniscus in his left knee. The surgery was performed at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan. Castro was in Brooklyn Monday on a rehab assignment for a sore left ribcage and injured the knee while warming up prior to the Cyclones' game with the Staten Island Yankees at KeySpan Park.
