couch to 5k helped me run a half marathon...i was a complete non-runner before and by slowly building up, i've been able to reach so many goals!
congratulations on your accomplishment...keep going!

Congrats on your accomplishment.
C25k is an awesome program. I started out not even able to run for a minute straight. Now I've run several 5k's, 2 half marathons and one full marathon!
