Random picture frame Q-space between photo and glass

Is there anything that you can put on a photograph or the glass so that the actual photo doesn't touch the glass?

I find that some pictures still to the glass and then when I want to change them out, the picture is practically glued to the glass.

I have mattes for larger prints but I don't want to do it for the 4x6 or 5x7 prints.

The Pottery Barn Gallery frames have a small piece of wood that acts as a spacer so that the matte and/or photo does not touch the glass. It also reduces the glare.
