Random question about bread batter

I made a bread batter yesterday and then had to step out before I could bake it. I put it in the fridge. Do you think I can still use it today or should I just chuck it?

Re: Random question about bread batter

Highly doubtful it will work, but I would totally give it a shot. I would let it get to room temp before trying it again. They do sell bread dough in the store but it has a ton of preservatives in it to allow it to work, your doesn't since it was homemade, therefore the yeast probably broke down and won't rise properly.

I would still try it though, if you have time.
