Rangers tickets
I don't believe they have released a date yet. Usually it's within the first 2 weeks of September.

It might be a week later this year considering the season starts a week later...That is, if the owners don't lock the players out by then.

Good point. That would really REALLY suck.
Unfortunately a lockout has become our reality. Preseason games have now been cancelled through September 30th. I don't have a good feeling about this.

Unfortunately a lockout has become our reality. Preseason games have now been cancelled through September 30th. I don't have a good feeling about this.
My guess would be no games until December or January. I can't believe they would be dumb enough to cancel a whole season this soon after the last time

I'm a member of a hockey message board and there are articles floating around saying that there's no urgency right now because no one really stands to lose anything (the players don't get another paycheck until October 15th). But the real concern is that if they are indeed deadlocked through December they have to face possibly canceling the Winter Classic. And if that happens, the sport is in real trouble.
I'm SO angry with the greed all sides are showing right now! You really can't come to an agreement on how to split millions of dollars in PROFIT??? You're sitting by watching workers who don't even make a quarter of what you make get laid off? Despicable!

It's sooo disgusting. Gary Bettman is a MAJOR DOUCHE. I don't think the sport will survive another full season lockout. I WANT MY HOCKEY BACK!!!!!!
