Rash Advice please
DD has a very mild rash on her stomach. When she woke up this morning her diaper had leaked and her PJs were wet including her front. I put her right in the tub and put fresh clean clothes on. Do you think the rash is from her stomach being wet w/ pee? (sorry TMI) Should I put anything on it or just see if it fades away?

If it was me, I would put a little baby powder or aquaphor on it.

I was going to say the same thing or put a alittle diaper rash cream and rub it into her skin.
