Rash on my face!
I switched my skin care routine and I woke up this morning with a bad rash on my face. My eyes are all puffy and I have red/pink blotchy spots everywhere. I couldn't even make it to school. It is kinda tight and a little sore. I switched to Avalon Organics thinking it was gentle and organic, and it did the opposite!!!
Can anyone help with this?
What should I do?

when i have a bad reaction to a makeup or skincare routine i don't put anything on my face except for cetaphil - i wash with the facewash and use the cream to help soothe the skin and prevent it from drying out.
if it's really painful i would make an emergency visit to your dermatologist.

Check the ingredients (especially now that you're pregnant). I always have to switch what I use when I'm pregnant because my skin changes.
