Rave about the Place
I just want to say that The Place in Farmingdale (the one in Carle Place wasn't good) is the best furniture company I have ever used. Not only did my sectional come in perfect condition, but it came three weeks earlier than scheduled! I can't believe we got it in time for Thanskgiving. I love it, and will post pics soon.

Glad your experience with them was a good one. I was not so lucky and was in furniture hell for 10 months with them.

I absolutely love my bedroom furniture from them, HOWEVER 10 weeks later I am still waiting for my entertainment center and coffee table!!!

I am glad you had a good experience, DH went in ther when we were looking for furniture and were totally ignored by the salespeople.

We have gotten furniture from them twice - the first time wasn't great....but the furniture came in eventually and has lasted for almost 3 years now, and it still looks great.
We recently got our bedroom set from them and were THRILLED with the service, the delivery and the product!
I would definitely go there again!

I didnt have the best experience with them but it wasnt horrendous but the price we got our bedroom set for was worth the bit of annoyance.

We ordered a sectional from The PLace, and love it. We did not have any problems at all. We just ordered a kitchen set and are waiting to have that delivered.

im glad you ahd a good experience..
my friend waited for FIVE months for her furniture, and kept getting screw-d with...so she ended up cancelling her order and getting it from Penn.
They have gorgeous stuff in the Place
