Raw Sugar or the white sugar??
If do have sugar, for example in my coffee (I am really trying to decrease the amount) but I still put some in. Should I stick with the Raw brown sugar?

I just had this talk with my trainer and he said if you "must" have a sweetener in your drink to use raw sugar or the big surprise was brown sugar because it has not been processed

Try Agave nectar instead - its sweet, but you use less than regular sugar - its good for diabetics because of the low GI (so good for you Atkins peolpe as well!)
