RE agent in Sayville, Bohemia, Oakdale area
Can anyone recommend an agent in that area to sell our house?
How do you chose who to go with?

I used a realtor at Coach Realty in East Islip when we bought our house. We weren't selling a house though. I am thinking she would also do your area-she was absolutely wonderful, i would recommend her without reservation. She understood exactly what we wanted and busted her butt to find us our house. We worked with several other realtors that we felt just didn't get what we were looking for. After searching for a few months with other realtors, she found us our house in a matter of 3 weeks I think-she actually found us two houses that we loved. One fell through and then we got our dream house! FM if you want her information.

We used someone it Prudential in East Islip when we bought our house and we still keep in touch with her. I'd recommend her - she worked hard for us in finding a place. Let me know if you want her number. Her name is Mary Ellen Raymond and you can let her know we recommended her.

I used Kevin at Country Harbour to sell my home a few years ago and also to purchase a few homes. Hes a genuinly nice person and very honest. Ive worked with alot of annoying "salesperson" type realtors and hes nothing like that. He did a great job selling my home - very quick - very respectful of our wishes etc.

We used John Softye from Coach in East Islip. He was a rec from a friend and an AWESOME guy. He knows his stuff. I can also tell you who NOT to use. She works out of a office in West Sayville. If you want her name, you can FM. She was unprofessional to say the least!

Leesa Byrnes Realty in Sayville... we used DH's good friend John Wilson. He is great. He was our listing agent and buying agent.

Tamatha Gorman (may be listed as Tammy Gorman) is wonderful. She was with Prudential last I knew. I think you can look her up on mlsli.com.
She's very personable, honest, and hard-working.

I bought my house from her! My best friend also bought her house in West Sayville from her. She was the listing agent for both houses too - and we were afraid it might cause a conflict.. but she was a consumate professional. She was very friendly and easy to work with and seemed to care a lot for her clients.
