Home Depot Expo. I like they put the price of the tile actually on the tile, so you dont need to go ask every 5 minutes how much this one and that one costs, only to be disappointed in the high price...

Where are you located?
I bought tile at Home Depot Expo, tile that was in stock and on display.
I also just bought tile for my kitchen at a store called Fiorano tile. They have a few locations in Nassau and nice displays, and the store staff is very helpful. They also have really nice grout samples that make matching grout very easy.
It can be very overwhelming when you look at tile over and over...I know as I have been lookng at tile for over 1.5 years now with all the projects we have done.
My brother and sister in law have just recently bought tile in Home Depot and Lowe's. Their bathrooms came out very nice.

Re: re-doing the bath...tile question
We got our bathroom tile at Home Depot. We also did kitchen tiling and got that tile at Cancos. We went to the one in Merrick although I know they have a few locations. They had some really pretty stuff at Cancos for the bathroom but after we did our kitchen and LR remodel first, the tile was coming from HD for the bathroom. LOL I'm happy with the HD tile that we purchased though.

Re: re-doing the bath...tile question
We bought our tile at Cancos...I was not daring...I went with white with a little accent of a light bluish gray so that it was versatile and I could decorate the bathroom however I wanted to.

Re: re-doing the bath...tile question
My parents just got theirs at Porcina or Porcelonsa - I can't remember the exact name. But its by the Home Goods on 347 in Pt. Jeff Station.
They looked forever and were on a budget. Good Luck!
