RE recommendations for a friend
Hi, a friend of mine is looking for an RE..I told her who mine was (RSofNY) but I told her I'd ask all of you too. Please let me know who you see and where they are from. My friend lives in Suffolk County

I went to RSofNY but there is also Dr Bronson & Dr Lydic in Setauket/Stony Brook area.

My advice to anyone dealing with fertility issues is to find out the cause. Once the cause is determined, then to locate a doctor who specializes in that area.
Fertility treatments are so time consuming. When you are being monitored by a RE you need to go so often, so sometimes the only way to be able to maintain a job and see a RE ...is to find a local one. However.....you also could be wasting a lot of time.
I would probably start off, seeing a RE that was close to my job so I could manage work/and fertility appts...but then once my diagnosis was made...I would make sure I was seeing a RE who specialized in that area.

Hi..
I have used Dr. Rosenfeld from NSUH manhasset. I absolutley loved him.
He got me pregnant ( twice, one mc)
A few other woman on these boards who have gone to NSUH have been happy as well.
Their number is 516-562-baby

I used RS of NY in Stonybrook. I was looking to switch clinics when I got pregnant so I'm not sure if I would recommend them.
