? re star program
Our star was suppose to kick in, in our January payment (we sent ours in last for this yr) my question is does your mortgage company send you a new payment booklet? How do we know when our payment goes down?

On your statement, does it show the new payment amount? If not, I would call them up to be sure that they have the new $amount.

You can call the mortgage company and have them do an accountanting and then they will determine if they are holding too much in escrow and will send you a check. They can also determine they are holding too much and ask you for money but in this case it probably isn't the case.
If you don't call you can wait until they do an accountanting which is once or twice a year.
