Reading/Literacy Specialist

I have an interview next week for an AIS Literacy Specialist position. I have experience as a classroom teacher but I was wondering what is different about this type of position and what kinds of questions might they ask?

Is this a classroom position or more staff development? Also, do you know if it's push in or pull out? That may dictate the kinds of questions they ask. Also, if you are working with a group they may ask how you'd differentiate instruction for them.
