Ready to scream..FINALLY
My upstairs neighbor has been gone all day. Leaving her 2 dogs at home. They have been barking non-stop for well over an hour & 1/2. They are probably bursting to pee & will be barking until they come home.  God, only knows when they will be home. how the hell am I supposed to fall asleep with that noise? She is SO lucky my kids are sleeping thru it.
They just got home!

Glad they are home. Ask them next time if they want to leave you a key to let the dogs out and see if they get the hint.
