Real Estate Agent questions.........

We have been looking at a few houses this week.

We contacted a few agents by email & the ONLY one who called us back is a very nice women. We signed something saying we understand she is the "Sellers Agent". She has shown houses 2 times this week already.


Can someone tell me, do I need someone who is a "Buyers Agent"?


We are not sure how that works!!

what you signed was an Agency Disclosure. every REA that you work with has to disclose who they are working for in that particular instance.

if you like this woman, she can double up as your buyers agent. but she'll just ask you to sign a different form stating this. and each house she shows you she will have to inform you which person she will be representing, the seller or the buyer.
