real estate agents familiar with franklin square area?
Anyone have recommendations for a real estate agent who works in Franklin Square? My family will be selling a house in that area soon, but we don't live there so don't have any direct contacts. We need someone reliable and experienced who would be able to give good advice on pricing.
We are also looking for someone who might be able to give adviice on what improvements would be worth the $$ in terms of return on sale price as, while the house is well kept, it hasnt' been updated on the inside in awhile.

I do, we just used her to buy. She knows EVERYTHING about the area and is a local resident. She was great!
