Real Estate Attorney Recommendations?
Well, we made an offer, they countered and we countered again - our agent thinks they'll accept our new offer so we're looking at an inspection this week and we also need a lawyer!
The agent has one she recommends - is it OK to go w/her rec or should we find our own? Any suggestions?

my advice would be get your own lawyer and not use the REA's. Your lawyer is the one that REALLY should look out for your best interests and I wouldn't want any ties to either REA. I have a really good one, we used him 3 times for closing. 2 that we were buyers and 1 that we were sellers. His firm is in Woodbury, but all three of our closings were in Huntington and he always traveled. FM if you want his info. Good Luck!!

Stephen Pergolizzi he has an office in Commack and Brooklyn. (718) 627-1215 is the Brooklyn office. He spends most of his time in Brooklyn but he has appointments in Commack.
Ived used him for 3 closings.
