Re: real estate question
do you mean a "Perc" test (Percolation Test) of the soil for a proposed septic system?

Re: real estate question
I don't know... Here's what it says:
"Build your dream home on this perked 1.5 acre lot" There are several other ads for land in the same area that use the same term. I'm clueless!

Re: real estate question
Well a perc test is a test of the soil to determine if it will absorb and drain water adequately to use a septic system for sewage disposal.
So I *believe* that if the land is "perked" then it has passed and has an approved percolation test. Clearing you to build on the land.
