I think people do this all the time actually--especially for more obscure stuff, but she was just dumb enough to get caught.

I agree, I think there are a lot of people that do it. But people that are a lot less famous (ie. customer service reps or pr reps for the company they work for - lot harder to track down than her doing it.)
Plus, she didn't just give it a positive review. She said the person was an anti-semite and the person's dog should be taken away. Liiiitle over the top in my opinion!
