Real Housewives' Danielle Blocks Release of Sex Tape

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub has temporarily stopped her ex-boyfriend from releasing a sex tape of the couple.

On Wednesday, a judge ordered an injunction banning the release of any sexually explicit footage featuring the reality star, 46, and ex Stephen Zalewski, 27.

"We went to court today to prohibit the distribution of any tape or photograph and temporarily restrain him from doing that, and we were successful," her attorney Darren Del Sardo tells Usmagazine.com.

In the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now), Staub says the tape was "unauthorized and it was taken with his cellphone."

Staub - who was present at court Wednesday - has filed a lawsuit against Zalewski, claiming that he is trying to get back at her and her two daughters after she dumped him last year.

Staub is accusing him invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The news comes a day after the Smoking Gun website uncovered legal documents that confirm Staub was involved in a kidnapping plot that grew out of a botched cocaine deal and worked for an escort service. (Despite the papers, Staub tells Us that only the facts that she was arrested and changed her name are true.)

I didn't watch the whole season but I did watch the episode where she's breaking up with him. It was lame! He didn't seem upset at all! Please. He's trying to make a buck, don't flatter yourself that he's doing this because he's a jilted lover.
