Really bad heartburn, what can I take?
Can we use tums or rolaids?

Tums are ok to take. Just make sure you drink alot of water with them!

Tums never worked for me..but if do decide on tums def up your water.

tums are fine but i find mylanta (liquid version) works best for me

Tums worked for me. I like the smoothie flavor, and they have added calcium too!

I'll be honest, nothing works for me. My dr. ended up restricting my diet! Tums did very little and actually peppermint gum has been the most helpful! Talk to your dr. if it's too bad, I plan on it next week b/c even with abiding by the restrictions, I am still having episodes of severe burping/heartburn/vomiting.

My doctor said Pepcid is absolutely fine, and it works wonders on my heartburn.
