Really dumb question
How did you get your DC to their baptism? Did you put them into their infant car seat in their dress or change them at the church then again when you get to the lunch location?
DD's dress is so long I can't see putting her in it and than driving to the church - but her Baptism is the beginning of November - so I think it would be cold to dress her there.

Re: Really dumb question
We dressed her at home - put a blanket over her to keep her warm.

Re: Really dumb question
Dressed her at the Church. There was no way she would have fit in the infant seat with her dress on!

Yes it did, but it was hard to tell in pictures.
I think it will get wrinkled no matter what you do, because when you carry her it will wrinkle as well.

Re: Really dumb question
I have always dressed my boys before the church and would leave the infant car seat in the car and just carry them in. Then when we got to the resturant I would change them into their after outfit.

Re: Really dumb question
For my niece's baptism on a snowy March day we dressed her at the church & for my DD's this Sun. I'll prob. dress her b4 b/c we want to take pics before. Yet I don't know if it'll work b/c her dress is very long & poofy
