REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets
How should I bake chicken cutlets?
Bread them the way I normally do then put them in a greased baking dish?
How do you make them? I wasn't planning on putting anything else in there with them (I only have brown baking potatoes, no red ones)...

Re: REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets
If they're fairly thin.........I bake for about 45 minutes at 350.
As long as they're white inside....they're done

Re: REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets
thanks everyone... (can you tell I'm new at this)?
When I went home I realized I purchased chicken breasts so I had to trim some fat and open them up and pound them... (not a fan of chicken at all).
I forget how long I baked them for but they were definitely done...and I don't know how dry they were b/c I drown them in ketchup and DH drowns them in BBQ sauce.
But thank you for the help!!!!

Re: REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets
When I make Shake and Bake, they cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees and always come out perfect (thick-cut, not thin-cut).

Re: REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets
Typically I bread them and use a Pammed sheet...I do 20 mins. on one side (on 350) then turn them for 15 and check them..if they are cooked, I take them out..if not, 5 more mins.
