REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets

How should I bake chicken cutlets?

Bread them the way I normally do then put them in a greased baking dish?

How do you make them? I wasn't planning on putting anything else in there with them (I only have brown baking potatoes, no red ones)...

If they're fairly thin.........I bake for about 45 minutes at 350.

As long as they're white inside....they're done Chat Icon

Re: REALLY dumb question re: baking chicken cutlets

thanks everyone... (can you tell I'm new at this)? Chat Icon

When I went home I realized I purchased chicken breasts Chat Icon so I had to trim some fat and open them up and pound them... (not a fan of chicken at all).

I forget how long I baked them for but they were definitely done...and I don't know how dry they were b/c I drown them in ketchup and DH drowns them in BBQ sauce.

But thank you for the help!!!!

edit for sp

When I make Shake and Bake, they cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees and always come out perfect (thick-cut, not thin-cut).

Typically I bread them and use a Pammed sheet...I do 20 mins. on one side (on 350) then turn them for 15 and check them..if they are cooked, I take them out..if not, 5 more mins.
